vgn-a115s dvd+- rw not working

i have a vgn-a115s which has dvd +-rw. i am able to burn cd-r as well as cd-rw.. i cannot burn a single dvd yet.. not dvd -r +r or rw either format..please help me as soon as u can..someone..!!im worried

You're right there, you have 28 days to change your mind usually, and I would remind them of this. Tell them it's not good enough and you'll speak to Trading Standards and the Citizen's Advice Bureau.

thanks 4 all ur support, i did tell dixons in writing tat i will go to fair trade services if i dont get a refund. they tried all thier geniuses but it was faulty. called up sony and confirmed it faulty. got my refund..

Please reead my problem with the DVD. I am still having no luck with Sony they say Microsoft and Microsoft say Sony etc etc. I really believe there is an issue
