PC Companion Doesnt shows software info

Recently after updating the xperia z3+ to latest firmware via PC companion, it stops showing me the software info for the xperia z3+.

Under support zone> Phone/Tablets software update it shows Server not accessble

On connecting my old phone xperia sl lt26ii it shows that i have the latest software update.

why its not showing this info for Xperia z3+

The New update (28.0.A.8.266) for the Xperia Z3 Plus have resloved the issue now it shows the software info.

Finally after 3 months sony has resolved the issue. Very Quick Service Sony....

Hi, I updated PC Companion to version 2.10.297 Production 46, and it still show unable to connect to the update servers. Any ideas?

Drar Sony support team i can not connect my z3+ anymore to pc companion it dosnt dedect the Phone i have hade this problem since along time i did everything what is in the userguide but nothing really happens alle my other phones like z5 premien z5/z5c those i can connect and pc companion automaticly dedect them what is wrong with the z3+ dear Sony can you give me anymore advise
