I was transfering files from the computer (MAC) and all of a sudden connection was lost. I was asked to restart the phone, so I restarted the phone, but it never opened. Now it's just dead, screen is black and the charging led (orange) is lit. Nothing happens. I held start-up button for 4 minutes, but nothing... Any way to get this opened? Thanks!

Open the SIM card tray and use the small square yellow button to make sure it's off, leave it on a charger for 2-3 hours then try to start it up agin.
