Hi everyone. I'm new person here, and I need help. I have problem with my XZ. Often my screen in one space not working. This is a new phone I buy then 4 months ago. Maybe someone have the same problem?

If you put your phone in safe mode do you experience the same issue?

Nothing.. All time is the same. Maybe I should be give to service?

@Sarah13, it would appear to be a hardware issue yes. Do you happen to have a screen protector on your phone? Sometimes this might create dead spots if it's not installed correctly.

If not, try a software repair using Xperia Companion and if that does not help, contact your Local support team to arrange a repair assessment.
