STANDING ICON FOR TEXT READING

I've triggered an icon that if it touches and becomes blue, right after touching a text message or an Internet page, an item begins to read exactly what you've selected. Well I would like to know how to turn off this icon because it is present on every screen and I no longer know how to disable it. Please help me Thank you.
