Notification and Ringtone sounds getting muted

It's a major and common issue, which everyone is facing. There are a lots of conversation regarding these issues. Sonys best Smartphone Xperia XZ Sounds getting muted. The problem is temporary solved, after restarting the phone. Many users complaining about the topic several times. But its a shame for Brand like Sony not to give any bug fixing update or help to resolve the problem. What is the value of that expensive phone if it is not ringing at time of call. I am a true fan of sony. If the customer support of sony is as bad as it seems. how come people will buy sonys phone.

Dowgrading marshmellow seems so risky, also I am not sure that it is the cure. Last night the problem occured again. Very big dissappointment about my new expensive phone.

it's the only way to solve the problem before upgrading to 7.1. Google update 7.1 will solve this issue. I have had the same problem.By downgrading I have solved mine.

What is this solution?? There isn't any solution, why you are writing lie for the users?? 100times I restart my phone to safe mode and after some hours turn it back again to standard mode but after one day still have same problem, please delete this solution green mark from conversion

As I looked google deeply, this kind of problem also exist on some nexus and motorola devices after Naugat thing by the way. The say android 7.1.1 solved it. we will see. It is intolerable mistake for an every-time device.

The above problem is happen for my z5 dual after 7.0 update kindly resolve it.. Feeling like cheated from sony, for notifications are getting silent after some 2 to 3 hours of every restart😪

 After some extensive using, the notification sounds not woking for all apps. Please fix.
