Overheating and Drain Battery with use of bluetooth?

Haveing bought this new  XZ Premium im haveing an issue with it overheating when useing bluetooth, almost to the extent its too hot to hold, and will loose 50% capasity in just 20 mins.. i use it conected to my scala rider pro while rideing my MC.  doesnt get hot when chargeing, just bluetooth.

 now ive had it a few weeks now (4) and the shop i bought it from says its the battery?

Is this an issue with this model?

Before you organise a repair with your Local support team, let's do some tests.

The first thing I suggest is to try your phone in safe mode. Do you still have the same problem?
