The consumption of the battery occurs with laptop off. I leave 7 days
and the battery does not have more load.

If I recharge 100% today and power off, tomorrow when I turn on the charge is 90%. (I lost 10% of charge in one night).

I already removed the battery of the laptop and let it kept for seven days, then i reconnected the battery to the laptop and it had not lost the load.

So, the problem is not with the batery, but some component or configuration that stoles load of the battery although the laptop is turned off (not hibernation). What can be done to solve this problem?

Well, hibernation is equally turned off as "power off". It makes huge difference if you leave it on stand by - there are still plenty of elements in the computer that are powered.

There is one more possibility that I can think about of - if your laptop has "Wake-on-LAN" feature http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wake-on-LAN that might require some power to work. Check in your BIOS and turn off that feature in case it is on.

In bios dont has the WakeOnLan option.

its not a problem and your battery doesnt lose charge. when booting up your laptop uses the battery for boot up and consumes 10% and sometimes more. since the laptop boots up in full performance mode it uses quite a bit of battery. its has nothing to do with losing charge. on my laptop when battery is 100% then when turning it on sometimes it uses 14% of the battery. so its nothing to be worried about. a test to confirm this maybe by fully charging your battery then removing it and shutting down your computer. then booting it back up and then reconnecting the battery and checking the charge. it should technically 100%-ish. I have not tried this test but mite be one u could try to make you realise the battery is used on boot up hence the 'loss of some charge'. hope this helps and makes sense

Mine does this too, as did my previous, as does my dad's and as does my friend's. All Toshibas and Vaios. However, the previous poster says this is down to the laptop using power to boot - which it does of course - but this doesn't fully explain the problem. If the machine is left one night it may lose 10% but in 10 days' time the battery is totally flat. There is something draining the battery whilst the laptop is switched-off but I do not know what that is. Suffice to say, I wouldn't worry - this is 'normal' behaviour. Whether it's acceptable is another matter!

But, if the batery is out of notebook, the charge is preseverd.
This is not normal. Some component is consuming energy...

I wasnt aware of what you say in regards of the battery going totally flat in 10 days. if that is the case then it there is something consuming the charge of the battery

Mine does this too, as I said earlier, but I haven't investigated it yet. Does turning the WiFi switch off make any difference? I'd be loathe to switch that off every time I power down as I'm sure the switch would wear-out.
