Microphone not working during calls xperia M5

i have a problem with the micro of my phone. My interlocutors don'e hear me. Can anyone help me please.

Use this *#*#7378423#*#* and test ur Main Microphone, if still not work , (1) . try to uninstall some unnecessary application, (2). reset your Google Play Store and Google Play Services and (3). uninstall other google play application besides Google Play Movies & TV, Google Play Games, Google Play Service and Google Play Store.

If still not working, please check ur hardware on official sony store
