Hi,

Recently, I have problem with my SIM card with Z3. It sometimes shows "no SIM card" after using for a while. I cannot call and no mobile network. It becomes normal after I restart. I hope it is not the hardware issue. Could you give me some suggestions or solution?

I had a similar issue with a Samsung phone. Turned out it was the simcard which was defective from oxidation. You should try another simcard for a few days to make sure. Usually replacing the simcard is free, so if you can you should demand a new one, especially if yours shows signs of oxidation. If it's not the simcard then it's the contacts inside the phone.

Are you using a NANO SIM card or did you trimmed/cut a regular SIM card? how old is the SIM card?

Thanks for your quick response. It is the card with the correct size orginally (I had it 4 months ago).

May I ask how to test in safe mode? (I know how to go to safe mode but how to test?)

Not sure, Maybe once 5 days. In the past, sometimes, I lost network but after restart, I have the network (internet). Now both phone and network gone sometimes. But it is not every day.
