Im a deaf user of a xperia z3+, I need to prefix all my calls with 18001, but Im unable to send a text with this prefix, in my contacts when I go to send a text it will prefix the 18001, how can I set this to be able to send a text without the prefix 18001, please help!!!!

I'm sorry to say but the Messages app does currently not have a way of removing or ignoring the prefix when you send a text message to a number that includes one. There might be other apps that can do this but I am personally not aware of one. Also, that app would need to know what the prefix is in order to remove/ignore it (the prefix being added in-between a * and a # as an example) when sending a text message to the number.
A possible workaround would be to add the phone numbers without the prefix to each of your contacts and choose that number when sending a text message though this could take some time to do if you have many contacts.
