Hello, i have an issue with very poor quality of photos when shooting against the light. I tried all modes at the stadium and couldn't suppress light from floodlights. Also a have the same issue with video

software rev: 23.4.A.1.232

Your lens might be scratched, i can see some areas on photos looked too soft even for enormous level of ISO applied. Try to inspect your lens under the direct and bright light. Even the micro-scratches can be fatal and you should change the back cover.

Secondly, you have to learn how to operate with camera in such conditions, even as Sony camera has poor algoriham for light flare suspension, like LG and some others also have. You should then try manual mode, limit ISO to 200 or up to 400 max or set appropriate scene mode.

That's normal, if the lens its a bit dirty it will be more noticeable, you could set manual control and change the settings, perhaps night mode or even sports or HDR on

Looks like dirty lens to me. Nothing more.

Of course I tried to wipe them, it didn't help
