People can't hear me well during the call

I have recently bought the phone and people are saying they can't hear me well. They hear me very poor or they can't y understant what i am saying, like there are other noises.

I just reset my phone to see if there is any improvent. I have read on sites that this is a general issue with Sony Z1.

Is there any option I can select?

I really don't wan't to place it in service because it can take a while.

Settings-call settings-microphone noise suppression,disable it.
