It wont turn on and is stuck on the xperia loading screen

So at first it didn't let me login even when I put my pin correctly it kept saying it was incorrect. Then I thought I'll just shut it down and open it back up so I try and it's been on the xperia loading screen for the past 30 mins and won't respond to anything.

I'm sorry to hear that, what if you remove both SIM and SD cards then try to turn it on
