Caution Symbol appears when switching ON

Hi, 

Whenever I switch ON my Xperia XA2, I get a caution symbol ⚠ with a Spanner and a Screwdriver. But after few seconds the device switches ON and works absolutely fine. It wasn't there before the latest Android 9 update. My device isn't rooted or no custom roms are flashed. It's on mint factory condition with the latest genuine updates. 

What could be the reason for the caution?

I have the same thing. If this symbol appearing the system is fixing bugs. It is supposedly nothing dangerous.

Hi, I found a solution for this problem. It might not be the best solution, but since this started happening after I upgraded to Android 9. But factory resetting the device fixed the issue.
