Facit reset

I did a factory reset on my Xperia and when im starting the phone i can chose Swedish and i can chose wifi and olso chose to start the phone as a new device BUT when im going to log in whit my Google account it come up a text whit the words "log in whit a account that are used on the phone earlyer" and i have only one Google account and it worked on the phone before the factory reset. Can any one help me please?? And im sorry about my English 😛. Best regards from THE Nothern Sweden.

go to "Android Device Manager" on your computer, see if you can login and find the phone

Hi @Johan8119, sorry to hear about this.

Did you reset the password on your Google account just after/prior to the factory reset? If you have, there is a 24 hour lockout period before you can use the same account to verify your identity towards Google Device Protection.
