Video card on PCG-K215S and UT2004

does anyone else play ut2004 on the internet on a PCG-K215S and if so does it play ok as i get a wierd screen after a while the top of the screen and bottom is garbold the middle is black i have to hibernate and back again to continue im wondering if it is a fault with my sony.

I agree that was a good piece Nick wrote. And he was right to say that most gaming problems are solved with patches from the game manufacturer.

If this is the only game of yours that causes a problem it's probably more to do with the game than the PC.

I've wasted hours messing about with graphics cards, drivers and the like only to discover a patch was available which sorted the game out.

Are there any official forums for the game? It might be that other users of the game have encountered a similar problem and could help if you don't get any joy here.
