Touchpad-Scrolling unter Vista

Hallo,
habe mir letztens Vista installiert und seitdem funktioniert das Scrolling auf der rechten Seite des Touchpads nicht mehr. Wo kann ich die entsprechende Einstellung vornehmen?

I've installed Vista last time and since then I can't use the automatically scrolling at the right side of the touchpad. Where is the point to bring back this option?

Go to Device Manager, double click Mouse and Other Pointing Devices.

Do you have a PS2 mouse or a Pointing device listed..?

I have the Alps Pinting-device for VAIO listed with drivers from 17.05.2005 (Windows finds no newer one).

Hi Annette,

Go to Start > Control panel > Hardware and Sound > Mouse..

A mouse properties window should open..

Select the Function tab, you should be able to turn on the scroll function there..

I`ve seen this selection in a computershop yesterday at another vaio, but it isn`t the same like at my Vaio :o(
I have the following tabs:
keys, cursor, cursoroptions, wheel and hardware and NOWWHERE I can select a scrolling function (only for mousewheel: vertical or horizontal and so on).

Hallo,
Habe das selbe Problem unter XP gehabt.
Du musst deinen Vaio Pointing Treiber einmal neu aktualisieren.
Deine Maus Software hat die Register für die Pointing Device Einstellungen
überschriebe.
Habe im Gerätemanager auf Alps Pointig Device/Eigenschaften/Treiber aktualisieren gemacht.
Er schlägt dann den den alten Treiber vor. Danach müsstest du die alten Register wieder haben.
Hier kannst du dann alles für das Touchpad separat einstellen.
