It was Vista in my Laptop & now Touch pad Scroller is not working in Window7 of VGN-NS20E

Hi Khanns20e,

Was this an upgrade from Vista to Windows 7 or a fresh install?

Have you checked that scrolling is enabled in the Device Settings of Mouse properties?

Have you tried installing the original pointing device driver from support?
