My serial number is 12 charecter , which is FGR100624031 , I found it in my boot page ( F2 key while starting ) and also backside of my laptop

There is No any 15 digit serial number please help me

Hi ehsan777,

Open Control Panel and then Vaio Control Center. You should find the 15 digit serial number listed under System Information.

Unfortunately there is same number FGR100624031 on serial number un system informaion !!!

Really I don't know what should I do !!

Can you please provide photos of the BIOS screen and the underside of the unit that show the serial number as FGR100624031.
