Message - says disk drive might fail, what do I need to do?

Message - says disk drive might fail, what do I need to do?  It says it has detected a problem with the Samsung Hm32011 drive.  I have uploaded my pictures to flickr so I dont leave them.  There's nothing else on there that I need as it's not my main pc.

If you are still within Warranty then contact Vaio Support for a repair.

If you are no longer within Warranty then you must decide if you will keep everything backed-up and continue using it - or decide to have the drive replaced.
