VGN-NW26M- I have lost my windows 7 password, how do i get it back?

VGN-NW26M- I have just got a blackberry and need the software on my laptop, but i have lost the password to my Windows 7 administrator account! and i need it to download the software, but i have forgotten the password, and do not know where the password reset disk is! please help
