You will probably have to do this in the BIOS. Shutdown your computer, turn it back on and keep tapping the F2 key straightaway. The setting for video memory should be in there.

Some applications need more video memory. You can only do it up to a certain amount and only with cards that use shared video memory.

No - Your video memory is fixed at 64Mb.

IMHO fixed RAM is much better than using the system RAM.
