I cannot answer your question, but consider the following for parts:
1) you can buy some (not all) parts directly from VAIO support. That's the first choice, guaranteed compatibility.
2) If (1) is no go, check the references on the part in the unit you want to repair. Look that up and see if you can find that - or something that the seller guarantees to be compatible.
The cooling system isn't a good part to take chances on.
