Hi

I have what it seem to be faulty nvidia gpu problem I have seen Sony statement saying that they will repair it free of charge.Now after few hours I still can find any contact number or e mail I should contact to arrange the repair can anyone help please.. What is next course of action (laptop is out of warranty I have it for over 3 years now)

You need to log into the support section of the web site with your VAIO's serial number to see the phone numbers. Call the out of warranty line and you'll get in warranty service for this problem. Ask them to call you back and you'll only have minimal phone charges.

They gonna collect the laptop on Thursday and agreed to repair it for free if the problem is with nvidia gpu

All good I got my laptop back last tuesday (it took them just 5days to repair it and sent it back)so I am very pleased with sony service free repair and fast service and laptop is like new so far .I would reconend it to any one Well done sony for Excellent service
