Help please ! - Get rid of this damn pop-up that appears everytime the laptop starts up!

Everytime the laptop starts up the following pop up appears :

If you click ok the same meassage just reappears ! If you keep clicking cancel this appears but I can't seem to get rid of it:

Sony should supply a removal tool to get rid of this software

Cleaning and up grading windows and every thing else that has past its sell by date on you vony viao will keep it in tip top condition.. I love my machine.. :O)

You are not alone ! . I have done eveything except uninstall the Media Gallery . It does not give up, HELP!!!!!.
