hard disc failure and no recovery disc how do i get laptop back as it was?

Hi, i had a hard disc failure and i did not have a back up or a sony recovery disc. i have had the disc replaced but i have lost all the programmes that came with my laptop, ie all the sony software, photoshop and the video editing. all i have is a basic windows set up. where can i buy or download a replacement sony recovery disc?

If you did not make a set of Recovery Discs then the only way to get everything back to factory condition is to buy a set of Recovery Discs from Sony Support.

Go here and enter your Serial Numbers and navigate to 'Get in Touch'
