Flickering Clusters of Pixels VPCL131E

Has anybody experienced flickering clusters of purplish pixelsin the above model of computer.If you have is there a easy fix before I return the machine for repair?

Sadly, it sounds to me that you will need to contact Vaio Support and discuss the way forward.

Your symptoms are not normal - what are you doing when you notice the problem or is it there all the time?

Thanks for reply I noticed this problem in Lightroom and it has been with me since I purchased the machine. It's not a Lightroom problem as th photographs are fine on my other Sony computers Changing the software to Elements 8 or NikonNX does not make any difference either. The faulty pixels ar in small clusters sometimes strings typically purple and flicker. No use attaching a photograph as the defects do not show. Now beginning to think I have a graphics card or monoitor problem. Sony have advised that if the problem does not show in the BIOS mode then the problem is software related which dones not make sense as the BIOS screen is mono. Regards Robert
