I have a Sony laptop vgn-bx295sp which came with a Sony vgp-drwbx1 double layer drive bay unit fitted.
However after a system problem the dvd drive shows up on the hardware list as a Pioneer DVR-K16M and does not appear to be working properly. I have searched for the sony drivers for the unit and cannot find anything anywhere.
Has anybody got any ideas
