Hi,

Got my SP yesterday and updated it to latest andriod version (4.3) from Sony. I pulled the SD from my old phone and put it into the SP so I could copy the WhatsApp folder onto the internal storage so the WhatsApp would find it and I can see my old messages.

Only I can't move the folder from SD to internal storage. Not with th PC application that gets installed when you plug in the Phone via USB and not by using OI File manager. It's as if the internal storage denies acces to any outside movements.

When I create a folder on the internal storage with the file manager I can do so, just can't copy anything into it from the SD or computer.

Any help please?

Download Astro File Manager from Play Store.
Then install it and move your file.....
And Reboot your XSP

try this way:first copy whatsapp file to desktop then copy folders content to whats app folder on phone storage...put your phone usb connect mode to MTP then acces your phone from my computer
