Phone crashed and stuck on reboot.

i have an xperia go, had it since May this year.

I was on Facebook useing my home WIFI when my phone froze and then rebooted it self. Now it has been stuck in the reboot from 'Sony' (white letters) to Xperia (white letters and shadow) and then sometimes viribrates and other times it dose not.

Is there a reset button or something or what can i do to get my phone back to normal? as you can not take out the battary in which is what you would do in anyother phone.

how about if you repair your phone with SUS or PCC or try this power & volume up for 8 seconds

Hey so what i ended up doing was leaving it to go to 12% battery it then fixed it self by asking me to plug it in to a power source.

i will know for next time to hold the power and volume up button for 8 seconds next time i come across this issue.

I'm also having the same situation. I had tried updating my phone but it still the same. It rebooting by it self. I also tried the reset button and also tried the power and volume up for 8 seconds but it do not works. it still rebooting by it self again and again.

I have the same problem since yesterday evening. Whatsapp crashed and I couldn't do anything so I thought I would restart it, but before I could do that he turned himself off and then started to reboot, but now I can't do anything with it, because it is only constantly rebooting. The screen doesn't go any further than the part where Xperia appears and then the screen turns black and everything starts all over again. Pressing the on/off button + volume up doesn't work and my computer doens't recognise it, so I can't use PC companion. Does any one have an other option that might work to make my phone work again?
