Z5P not waterproof...?????

I use to take pic in swiming pool.. The water depth about 1 meter.. And use waterproof beg.. After 15 minit.. The camera stop working... And the camera lens front and back become water vapour.. Something wrong with the phone??? Not seal for waterproofing??? very disappointed sony... My z2 working great in water..

The phone it is waterproof, contact your Local support to get it inspected, request a vacuum test.

You should request a vacuum test, that will prove if there's an issue with your device or if you are at fault.

already sent in for service during the 4 weeks ... but when I received a phone ... still in damaged condition ... I had to wait for replies again .. they should make checks before handing the phone back
