Z5 compact not 100% charged

Charged the phone last night, though the screen says 3 more minute until fully charge, but, 45 minute later, it still stays at 98%. Any solution to this issue?

Welcome to the community.

Try shutting the phone down, then connecting it to the charger, charging it to full, then power it back on.

Happy to report that it does now charging to 100% with the phone shutting down but not happy that I have to shutting down the phone only to have it 100% charged which my previous cheap phone able to do without shutting it down.

The battery would have been full, it was just displaying the incorrect amount. I'm glad it's sorted for you
