Hi All

In the last few days my Z1 will not stay connected to my home wifi. It finds the network then asks for my wifi password, I enter that then the wifi symbol on top line of phone comes on showing it is connected with the router (next to reception symbol) it stays on for maybe 1,2 seconds then goes off.

There was never a problem before and worked fine. My computer / tablet and girlfriends smartphone work fine it is just affecting my phone .

If anyone can help that would be great.

Hi guys,

Problem solved, when i got home last night I tried all points in the wifi troubleshooting page suggested but none of them worked. I then phoned my wireless routers helpline and again tried several things and again nothing.....

I then factory reset the phone and it connected straight away! So still not sure what was causing it but it all good now. Thanks for the help guys

I have just tried and I can connect to the router at work... looks like the phone doesnt like my router at home? A bit strange that it worked fine before.
