Xperia Z5 Compact Fingerprint Wizard problem

Hello,

I have a new brand Xperia Z5 Compact from two days ago.

I have configured my mobil with everything I had in my old Xperia P and then I tried to configure some fingerprints to use it as my security method. I realized that it is not working as the wizard process crashes closing before I can introduce my fingerprint. I thought that reinstalling Android through the Sony Companion would solve the issue but it is still happening.

My wife, that has the same phone from the same day, could configure a fingerprint without a problem. 

Can be a hardware problem that does not allow me to configure the fingerprint?

Might be. So you have already tried the software repair? In that case, you should contact your Local support.

Or, perhaps, let your wife try on your phone and you can try on you wifes phone.

Maybe your fingers are more dry or wet than your wifes.

No, the problem are not my fingers actually, in my phone I had no option to use them as the application crashes before.

I have decided to change it by another Z5 compact unit.
