Dear SONY,
My Xperia Z was overheating so i washed it up with all Flaps Closed. After that when i plugged it to charger, it was all malfunction of mobile. It was starting and shuting down automatically, the Volume was rising and then suddenly gets silent. This happened for about 2-3 hours. It was water damage for sure as my indicators were turned Red and Pink. The next day Volume button was working fine and power button and volume down arent. After some time power button start working but it only on the screen and doesnt off. I had to install a software for it. Now everything is fine except volume down. When ever i restart it, ot turns out to be in Safe Mode. To get it fix i had to reassemble the back cover and disable the Button Ribbon right after it is turned on and vibrates. If the volume if full and power ribbon is detached and pluged in agaon.l, the volume lower itself which tells that volume button is stuck or something. I tried to put it in a pot of rice and under sun but it didnt worked. If someone could help me for it, i would be thankfull.
