Theres a problem after some time after reboot, and the solution is to reboot your phone. The impacted area of the touchscreen is the back stage of the whatsapp app. And in camera the section of the reverse camera.

This ocurs after the update Software: 32.0.A.6.152 (5.1.1) ONLY before that the problem doesn't present.

I read somewhere In another thread the problem went away when they uninstalled Facebook messenger..? Do you have this app installed? If so uninstall it and see if the issue goes away

I can't recreate the issue

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the touchscreen

Welcome to the community.

How long does it take before the screen comes back to normal and you can touch these areas? Does it happen with any other apps or only Whatsapp and Camera?

Can you please boot the phone into safe mode and see if the same issue is happening with the Camera?

You need to reboot the device to make the areas functional. Is happen with everything. In all apps and in in the desktop.

The test pass...

But when I start touch from the problematic areas my finger is no recognized.

I think this is not a hw problem because there's times that is functional. And after 1hr. The area present problems.
