Touch screen problem after some time of the reboot Z5

Theres a problem after some time after reboot, and the solution is to reboot your phone. The impacted area of the touchscreen is the back stage of the whatsapp app. And in camera the section of the reverse camera.

Here some images:

This ocurs after the update Software: 32.0.A.6.152 (5.1.1) ONLY before that the problem doesn't present.

Thanks all. Trying to reproduce in safe mode, the issue is not reproduce. So I think that the problem is more of some application that is on desktop background example: Go Wheather Destktop Background.

I will debug more to haver more information. I just want to be secure that is not an HW issue.

Thanks all!

I read somewhere In another thread the problem went away when they uninstalled Facebook messenger..? Do you have this app installed? If so uninstall it and see if the issue goes away

Thanks for your response. Yes just to confirm. the problem is generate ehrn you recibe a chat notification with Messenger app. (Facebook).

In this moment i present the problem and i unistal Messenger App and the issue is not presented anymore. So the problem is from some library of destop and chat heads.

Please consider a patch in Sony Part.

@Hackerjj,

I'm glad it's sorted for you Slightly_smiling_Face

As Facebook Messenger is a third party application it will be up to the developers to update it, as Sony Mobile have no control over the development of third party applications.

We really have no way to conclude that this is an issue specific to the Z5 (It didn't happen for uliwooly or myself) so I recommend you contact Facebook and inform them of this potential issue.
