This smartphone is SO SLOW

Why does this smartphone has a Quad Core 2200MHz CPU and 2048 MB of RAM and still being so slow ? ? ? ? 

I am running the latest firmware, updated, last one, and, when I see an iPhone 6S Plus launching the Phone App to call someone and execute the call, it's so fast and reactive and same goes with the SMS, it's so fast. 

The iPhone 6S Plus has a DUAL CORE at 1600 MHz and still a beast

it's not Sony, you have to compare Android and iOS, boot on safe mode and check if you experience the same lag, also 

settings > apps > all > phone > clear data > or open the phone app > menu > clear call logs, if you have a LOT of messages on the messaging app it will slow down the app and the phone.
