I have a problem with my style cover. I have signal, but the icon signal doesn't display corectly. Can someone help me?

Hi,

Try to clear the smart cover app data and restart the phone to see if this works.

Settings > Apps > Swipe to "All" > Scroll down look for "Style Cover" and "Style Cover Widget".

I almost forgoten, if you have download the cover app, do the same as well.

Let us know how is it.

Thanks, but, unfortunately, i have the same issue. I also tryed to delete the cover app. Any other idea?

Hi,

Is kindda weird, why not try to do a factory data reset. It can be some software problem since it work on the normal home screen, but i just can't figure it out where goes wrong.

Do a backup before resetting the phone.

I dont think it will solve my situation, cuz i tryed the style cover in safe mode and i have the same issue.

Hi alex, yes you're right that you hav tried safemode. But don't forget on safemode some app that user installed from Playstore will be stop.

But as for the smartcover, It will also work even without downloading the app from playstore, because once you tap the cover with NPC. The Smart Cover window feature will automatically be activated and the smart cover app that you download from playstore is only the color theme that the window will work with or without the app.
