Sony z5 notifications problem

When i recieve notifications (sms facebook whatsapp viber etc) my screen stays turned off it dont light up just sound and notification light on the top but screen stays in sleep mode even in recieving sms, any help ? Thx

I have multiple Xperias, from the Xperia X10 to the Z5 Premium, this has not been available, only through third party apps.

Maybe it was automaticly put on by tmobile croatia because in our country mobile operators first customize the updates

I doubt it, I'm almost certain that it was a third party app, either preloaded by your carrier or most likely downloaded by you, but this has not been available neither through Sony nor Android.

As i was saying i never downloaded third party for messages thats why i'm here im not idiot i thought it was software problem as i was saying i had z1 and z3 and not had that problem .... now i do and you explained it to me thx but im not idiot when i said that i did t downloaded it i mean it for real

I'm just giving you the facts, that neither Android nor Xperias support this, only through third party apps, you can contact them and ask them about it.

check which firmware variant you have on your Z1 and Z3, also take screenshots and post them.

Just to make sure its clear, Android doesn't support that because it has a notification LED light, this is only done through third party apps, you could check the list of the apps that you have downloaded on all your devices 

on your computer 

play.google.com/store > apps > my apps 

or on your phone 

play store > my apps & games > all > take screenshots of all the apps and post them here, we can perhaps figure out which was the app that you were using, it could've been a third party notification app, lock screen app, etc.
