Sony z5 notifications problem

When i recieve notifications (sms facebook whatsapp viber etc) my screen stays turned off it dont light up just sound and notification light on the top but screen stays in sleep mode even in recieving sms, any help ? Thx

That's normal, I think you maybe had an apple device before? You won't experience the same on Xperias by default.

No.. i had z1 and z3 and it wasnt like that how can i make it turn on when recieving sms ? Thx

It wasn't like that, perhaps you have used a 3rd party application.

Donr know maybe it was on my device by network default ... any other solutions? Is there any other way

You can search google play for this kind of applications.

Not by default as far as I am aware so you need to download an app.

This is not available nor has been available, @alexdon is correct, you had a third party app. Keep in mind that this is not just Sony/Xperias, but Android, that's the reason behind the notification LED, to save battery from turning on the screen to let you know that you have a notification.

I told you i had it and i never downloaded third party app for messages ....
Is battery lame for u too on z5 i thought it would better than z3 and ita much worse
