Sony Z2 Charging 1A or 2A?

Dears,

I have Sony Z2 , it's electricty original charger is 1.5A. I bought a power bank that has 2 sockets only (1A and 2A). Which socket should I plug my mobile to?

Some people do say charging at a higher amperage on a long term might reduce battery life, but I think that might not be actually exact.
