SMS backup location, overview and restore

Hello, i am wondering whre to locate my backedup Txt messagges in the way that can open it via some text editor or chouse specific restor

I cant find them in the backup file directoty or probably i dont know where to search them!

Unfortunately it's not possible to just "open them via some text editor". I would recommend that you restore the backup instead, and use a 3rd party software (like MyPhoneExplorer) to get the messages over to your computer in plain text.
