I understand that it will be very time consuming, to say the least, but unless you noticed this starting after installing or updating a specific app then uninstalling them one by one and restarting your phone after each uninstall is the way to go.
Feel free to let us know if you find the app causing this since it can be helpful to other users who might experience this as well.
You will have to uninstall app by app until you find the culprit
you can upload pictures just scroll to the bottom > full > you should be able to see the option or just upload the picture on box, dropbox, drive, etc and post the link here.

I am also have this problem (to me not a problem).. I always was thinking that all users have dim display on startup.. Many videos on youtube about xperia z2 starting speed have dim display when start.. Believe me.. Dont waste your time deleting apps.. I was restore to factory setting with all date delete and anyway display dim on startup.. but why you care about it? it easy one time to touch the screen and forget this..
