ringer goes silent after lollipop update

My ringer goes silent spontaneously even after bringing the volume to Max
All the audio is working except the ringer
It returns working after restarting the phone but after receiving a few calls it goes sileny again
All this happened after lollipop update
Any help?

That's an app causing this issue.

You can go to silent or priority just by pressing volume button and tapping on silent or priority on the screen.

Try booting on safe mode and check it again

I have booted in safe mode, it worked fine
I think an app called call announcer was causing the issue
I have removed it
