Recording in progress in another application

When I access the camera from the cell she has recently started to show the following error message:

"Recording in progress in another application. You can not record."

I've tried to close running apllications, clear system cache, clear album, remove the memory card, restart my phone and still the error message persists.
Has anyone experienced this problem and knows how to fix it?

Could you try to boot the phone into safe mode to see if you receive the same error message?

If I remember correctly,this was related to google now.Disable it and see how it goes.

                Really the error was happened is related to Google Now, I was only disable the function that the error did not happen.
                I was worried if the error was due to something more serious, thank you again

Any idea when this will be fixed?  I like using Google Now, and don't want to disable it.
