Problem with Xperia Z3 - No sound on call

Hi guys,

I am facing a problem with my Xperia Z3 since the last update to Android 5.1.1 . I don't know if I am the only one who's facing such a problem - hope not.

When I receive a call or call someone, I hear their voice of the other person, but they can't hear mine until I turn on my speaker then turn it off (just one time and for a second then all goes fine). I made a repair for my software, but problem persists. Any other solution please? This doesn't always happen but OFTEN. And it's very bothering, specially when I call or receive a call from firms for recruitment interviews.

This has been discussed before on the forums, most probably an app is using your mic in the same time of the call. The most common apps to cause this are:

- Ok Google detection from any screen (Go to your App drawer -> Google Settings -> Seach & Now -> Voice -> "OK Google" detection -> disable "From any screen")

- Call recording apps (Disable or unistall if you have any).
