Google Play store is stuck on downloading. Tried everything (Cleared the cache, uninstalled updates, toggled the download manager) but still it won't work. HELPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!

That's really strange well now you have only one option left repair your phone using sony update service
Please take a backup of all your stuff before that

Go to settings, then apps, click on play store then force stop it
Reboot your phone and it would work fine

do you have any 3rd party apps installed like antivirus - if so uninstall them
how far does the download get before stopping - does it actually start
are you able to transfer files from PC to phone

the download wasn't even starting.. Some 3rd party app may have caused it. it's resolved now..
