no tap & pay menu in setting

i checked other z3c and they have tap& pay in the setting. how do i get this enabled?

Yeah this method works 

Turn on Nfc go to settings menu and BAM! Its there. If u find this info helpful plz give a kudo.#NFC

You have to enable nfc in settings then tap and pay will appear in the setting menu, hope this helps
